Where do you train clients in London?
I train clients across various private and commercial gyms in London, primarily in central, north, and east London. I can also train clients outdoors in parks. Get in touch and we'll find the most convenient location for you.
Do I need prior gym experience?
Absolutely not. I work with complete beginners through to experienced lifters. Your programme will always be tailored to your current level, and I'll teach you everything you need to know from the ground up.
How does online coaching work?
You'll receive a custom training plan via my coaching app, along with instructional videos, weekly check-in forms, and direct messaging access to me throughout the week. It's fully remote and works anywhere in the world.
How many sessions per week do I need?
That depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients see great results with 2–3 sessions per week. We'll discuss the ideal frequency during your free consultation.
Do you offer nutrition advice?
Yes! Nutrition guidance is available as a standalone service or bundled with your training package. I focus on sustainable, flexible eating habits — not restrictive diets.
What are your rates?
